Model Acceptance is achieved when the model passes Recast’s full validation workflow including Prior Consistency, Parameter Recovery, Stability Loops, and Backwards Holdouts, and your team signs off on the outputs as reasonable and actionable.
Reaching acceptance does not mean the model is perfect. Rather, it means the model is robust, reliable, and ready to support real business decisions. It marks the conclusion of implementation (typically after up to two iterations) and the transition to your Impact team, where the focus shifts from validating the model to using it to drive ongoing strategy and performance.
