During onboarding, the Recast team will deliver a high level dashboard training leveraging the demo dashboard. Once your model is configured and initial insights are available in the Recast platform for your business, additional trainings will be scheduled, including:

  • Goals, Forecaster, and Optimizer Training: in this training session, you will learn how to use the Recast tools (Goals, Forecaster, and Optimizer) to support your entire planning process, including:
    • Determining your overall marketing budget
    • Setting and reaching goals
    • Allocating future spend across channels
    • Flighting spend across a time period
    • Reacting to budget changes
    • And more!
  • Testing and Validation with Recast: in order to drive the most value with Recast, it’s important to use the model insights to take action through tests and experiments. This training will walk you through testing and validation best practices and help you build confidence in the model’s results
  • Advanced Reporting Training: The Recast platform has advanced reporting options that will allow you to aggregate/disaggregate and create custom views of various insights. This training will give you the information you need to help you get the most out of the Recast insights through reporting
